株式会社リガト（以下「当方」）は、iOS アプリ「ギガ残量 (Data Remaining)」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、本プライバシーポリシーを定めます。
本アプリは、iOS の標準 API（getifaddrs）を用いて、端末全体の Wi-Fi / モバイル通信のインターフェース別の合計バイト数のみを読み取り、データ使用量を計測します。
本アプリは無料での提供のため、Google の広告サービス「AdMob」を利用しています。広告配信のため、以下の情報が Google により取得・利用されることがあります。
サービス改善のため、Google の Firebase Analytics を用いて次の限定的なイベントを記録します。
通信量の生のカウンタ、通信先、利用者が入力したプラン名は送信しません。この要約はプランの適合状況を把握し、掲載するプラン情報や機能の改善に用います。送信はアプリの「設定 > サポート > プライバシー」でいつでも停止できます（停止するとこのアプリからの分析イベントはすべて止まります）。
iOS の仕様に従い、パーソナライズ広告のために IDFA を利用する前に、システムの「トラッキングの許可」ダイアログで利用者の同意を求めます。許可しない場合でも本アプリは利用でき、その場合は非パーソナライズ広告が表示されます。設定は iOS の「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。
本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用しており、各社の取り扱いは各社のポリシーに従います。
本アプリは、位置情報・連絡先・写真・カメラ・マイク・健康情報を取得しません。アカウント登録も不要で、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人を特定する情報を当方が収集することはありません。
有料サブスクリプション（Giga Pro）および買い切り課金は、すべて Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。本アプリは購入状態（有効か否か）の確認のみを行い、クレジットカード番号等の決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。
端末内の計測データは、直近約90日分を詳細に保持し、それより古い期間は日ごとの集計に間引いて保持します。間引いたあとの記録や、期間の履歴・残量の補正は自動的には削除されず、お客様が削除するか本アプリを削除するまで端末内に残ります。以前のバージョンから引き継いだ形式の通信記録（切り替え前の期間の集計に使われます）は、30日を過ぎると自動的に削除されます。本アプリを削除すると、端末内に保存されたこれらのデータはすべて削除されます。2.(c) の分析イベントは Google 側で送信から最長 14 か月保持され、その後自動的に削除されます。
本アプリは特に子供を対象としたものではなく、子供から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
本ポリシーは、法令の変更や機能追加に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は本ページ上で告知します。

Rigato inc ("we") provides this Privacy Policy describing how user information is handled in the iOS app "Data Remaining" (the "App").
The App uses a standard iOS API (getifaddrs) to read only the total byte counts per network interface (Wi-Fi / cellular) for the whole device.

To improve the service, we use Google Firebase Analytics to log the following limited events.
Raw usage counters, traffic destinations, and plan names you typed are never sent. The summary is used to understand how well plans fit and to improve the plan information and features we offer. You can stop this anytime in the App under Settings > Support > Privacy (this stops all analytics events from the App).
In accordance with iOS, we request your consent via the system tracking prompt before using the IDFA for personalized ads. The App works even if you decline; non-personalized ads are shown instead. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
The App does not access location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or health data. No account is required, and we do not collect personally identifying information such as your name or email.
Subscriptions (Giga Pro) and one-time purchases are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. The App only checks entitlement status and does not collect or store payment information such as card numbers.
On-device measurement data is kept in full detail for about the last 90 days; older periods are thinned to daily summaries. The thinned records, period history, and balance corrections are not deleted automatically and remain on the device until you delete them or delete the App. Legacy-format records carried over from earlier versions (used to summarize periods from before the switchover) are deleted automatically after 30 days. Deleting the App removes all of this on-device data. Analytics events described in 2.(c) are retained by Google for up to 14 months after they are sent and then deleted automatically.
The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Policy as laws change or features are added. Material changes will be posted on this page.
