利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、株式会社リガト（以下「当方」）が提供する iOS アプリ「ギガ残量 (Data Remaining)」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は本アプリを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. 本アプリの内容

本アプリは、iOS の標準 API を用いて端末全体の通信量を計測し、データ使用量の目安・残量・予測などを表示するユーティリティです。無料で利用でき、一部の機能は有料サブスクリプション「Giga Pro」で提供されます。

2. サブスクリプション（Giga Pro）

• プランと料金: 月額および年額のプランがあります。価格は App Store の購入画面に表示される金額が適用されます。
• 自動更新: サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の 24 時間前までに自動更新をオフにしない限り自動的に更新され、更新料金が利用者の Apple ID に課金されます。
• 無料トライアル: 無料トライアルが提供される場合、トライアル期間中に解約すれば料金は発生しません。トライアル付きプランを購入した時点で、未使用のトライアル期間は失効する場合があります。
• 管理・解約: サブスクリプションの確認・解約は、購入後に App Store アカウントの設定から行えます。本アプリを削除しても解約にはなりません。
• 支払い: 課金はすべて Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。決済は Apple が管理し、当方は決済情報を取得しません。

3. エンドユーザー使用許諾契約（EULA）

本アプリの利用には、本規約に加えて Apple の標準的なエンドユーザー使用許諾契約（Apple Standard EULA）が適用されます。

4. 計測値に関する免責

本アプリが表示する通信量は、OS が提供するカウンタに基づく目安・推定値です。端末の再起動、ネットワークの切替、OS の仕様などにより、通信事業者（キャリア）の請求額や計測値と一致しない場合があります。本アプリの数値はデータ使用量の管理を補助するものであり、正確性・完全性を保証するものではありません。本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害（通信制限・超過料金等を含む）についても、当方は責任を負いません。

5. 禁止事項

利用者は、本アプリの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング、法令または公序良俗に反する利用、第三者の権利を侵害する行為を行ってはなりません。

6. 広告について

無料での提供のため、本アプリには広告が表示されます。Giga Pro または広告非表示の課金により広告を非表示にできます。広告の取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーに従います。

7. 本規約の変更

当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は本ページ上で告知します。

8. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されます。

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS app "Data Remaining" (the "App") provided by Rigato inc ("we"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The App

The App is a utility that measures device-wide data usage via standard iOS APIs and displays usage estimates, remaining data, and forecasts. It is free to use; some features are offered through the paid subscription "Giga Pro".

2. Subscription (Giga Pro)

• Plans & price: Monthly and yearly plans are available. The price shown on the App Store purchase screen applies.
• Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal fee is charged to your Apple ID.
• Free trial: Where a free trial is offered, no charge applies if you cancel during the trial. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a plan that includes it.
• Manage / cancel: You can view and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
• Payment: All billing is handled by Apple's App Store. Apple manages payment; we do not receive payment information.

3. End User License Agreement (EULA)

In addition to these Terms, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to your use of the App:

4. Disclaimer on Measurement

The data usage shown by the App is an estimate based on OS-provided counters. Due to device restarts, network switching, and OS behavior, it may not match your carrier's billing or measurements. The figures are an aid for managing data usage and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. We are not liable for any damages (including throttling or overage charges) arising from use of the App.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App, use it in violation of law or public order, or infringe the rights of third parties.

6. Advertising

The App displays ads to remain free. Ads can be removed via Giga Pro or the ad-removal purchase. Ad handling follows our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may revise these Terms as needed. Material changes will be posted on this page.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
